Who provides your care
Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review Saphire Vitality assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Saphire Vitality provides the website and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
Your provider’s name, credential and license state are given in your care materials, or by emailing support@saphirevitality.com, before treatment begins.
What we do not promise
Not everyone qualifies. We do not guarantee a prescription, a result or a review timeline.
Our pharmacy relationship
Prescriptions written by LocumTele providers are sent to VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, which prepares, labels and ships your medication under an individual prescription. Saphire Vitality is a telehealth platform. It is not a pharmacy and does not compound or manufacture medications.
