Saphire Balance Hormone Tablet

Feeling like yourself again shouldn't feel out of reach.

Hot flashes, broken sleep and mood swings are not something to push through. One small daily tablet replaces the hormone your body makes less of in perimenopause and menopause. Your provider reviews your history first and adds anything else you need.

Important safety information

Hormone therapy may increase the risk of stroke, blood clots, heart attack, breast cancer and dementia. If you have a uterus, estrogen-only therapy increases the risk of endometrial cancer, so your provider may add another medicine. Your provider uses the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed and reviews it with you regularly. Do not use if you have had breast cancer, a blood clot, stroke, heart attack, liver disease or unexplained vaginal bleeding, or if you are pregnant. Tell your provider about migraines, high blood pressure, smoking, gallbladder disease and any planned surgery. Common side effects: breast tenderness, headache, nausea, bloating and spotting. Get emergency help for chest pain, sudden shortness of breath, pain or swelling in one leg, sudden severe headache, vision changes, or weakness or numbness on one side of the body.

Is this FDA-approved?

It depends on the program. Some programs use FDA-approved generic or brand medications. Others use compounded medications, which are prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. Each product page shows which applies.

What does compounded mean?

Compounded means the medication is prepared to order by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient, rather than commercially manufactured. It is not a generic version of, and is not equivalent or interchangeable with, any FDA-approved brand-name product.

How does an online visit work?

Start with a short online intake. A licensed provider reviews your information, considers your goals and health history, and decides whether treatment is appropriate.

Who prescribes my treatment?

Care is provided by licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants through LocumTele, who decide whether treatment is appropriate.

When am I charged?

You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.

What is included in the price?

Your medication, online visit with a licensed provider, ongoing provider messaging and discreet shipping are included in the monthly price.

What if I’m not approved?

No charge until a licensed provider approves treatment. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.

How do I cancel?

Cancel before your next renewal by emailing support@saphirevitality.com.
